mmk567 FAQ — Full answers to questions from Myanmar players

Shan Koe Mee is a card game that has been played in Myanmar for many years. Each player receives 3 cards, and your total card points must be higher than the banker's total. At mmk567, Shan Koe Mee is available in Live Dealer format, so you get the full, authentic feel of the game.

Yes. The mmk567 platform works on both Android and iOS devices. You can access it directly through your browser with no app download needed, and start playing Shan Koe Mee, 2D/3D, and live casino games within minutes. With a stable internet connection, you can play anywhere — even on a long trip.

3D results are taken from official announcement sources and displayed on mmk567 right away. Once the result is out, any winnings are automatically added to your account. Nobody can know the numbers in advance — do not trust any services claiming to predict results.

Players who bet on 2D can check the result directly in the game results section on mmk567. If the drawn number matches your bet, your prize is added instantly and you can confirm it by checking your account. Nobody can know the 2D result in advance — be careful of anyone claiming to sell predictions.

Never share it with anyone. Do not give your OTP (One-Time Password) code to mmk567 staff, friends, or anyone else. No genuine mmk567 staff member will ever ask for your OTP — if someone does, treat them as a scammer and contact Live Chat immediately.

Go to Security under Account Settings and turn on Two-Step Verification. Once enabled, you will need to enter an OTP sent to your phone every time you log in, which protects your account against repeated unauthorised login attempts. We strongly recommend all players turn this on.

The official mmk567 URL is mmk567.im. Always check the URL in your browser's address bar before logging in. Sites with slightly different spellings, or ending in .com or .net, may be fake. Bookmarking the URL and checking the domain shown on the SSL padlock are the most reliable ways to stay safe.

Change your password immediately and contact the mmk567 support team via Live Chat. If you see a session in your login history that you did not create, notify the support team and you can request a temporary account suspension while the matter is reviewed. We recommend enabling 2FA at the same time. If you are unsure what to do, 24/7 Live Chat support is available to help you directly.

To withdraw from mmk567, you must have at least 30,000 Ks in your account. If your balance is below this amount, you cannot withdraw yet — you can only do so once you reach that amount. Note that the minimum deposit is 20,000 Ks, so the two figures are different — keep that in mind.

Yes, you can. mmk567 processes withdrawals 24/7, and you can make them through KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay any evening or night, any day of the week. Even on bank holidays, you can withdraw via mobile payment methods, so getting your money is convenient.

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must first meet the wagering requirement. The mmk567 Welcome Bonus carries a wagering requirement of 25× the bonus amount. For example — if you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, you need to wager 500,000 Ks before you can withdraw those winnings. Your own deposited funds can be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

Withdrawals from mmk567 are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the bank's own processing time. Withdrawals via KBZPay and Wave Money are usually faster and arrive on your phone almost instantly.

Bet limits vary by game type and table. You can choose from low stakes tables with smaller minimum bets all the way up to high stakes tables, so you can find a table that fits your budget. You can check the limit before joining a table and plan your budget accordingly.

Live Dealer games stream a real dealer via live video camera, and players join from their own device. At mmk567 you can play games like Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and Shan Koe Mee in Live Dealer format, giving you the feel of sitting at a real casino. A good internet connection is important for a clear, smooth stream.

In Roulette, players bet on a number or group of numbers on a spinning wheel. When the ball lands, any bet that matches the result wins. Betting on a single number pays higher odds, while wider bets like Red/Black pay less but win more often. You can play Roulette with a Live Dealer in the mmk567 Casino section.

In Baccarat, two cards are dealt to each side — Player and Banker — and the side closest to 9 wins. You can bet on the Player side, the Banker side, or a Tie. Baccarat games at mmk567 include Myanmar-language instructions, so new players can get up to speed quickly. Minimum bets are also available to suit different types of players.

Free Spins let you spin a slot game without using your own money. Free Spins received from promotions can only be used on specified games and may have a time limit. Winnings from Free Spins are added to your Bonus Balance and can be withdrawn once the wagering requirement is met. You can check the ways to get Free Spins at mmk567 in the Free Spins section.

RTP (Return to Player) is a percentage that shows how much a slot game pays back to players on average. Games with a higher RTP tend to return more over time on average, but this does not guarantee results in a single session — Volatility (how frequently and how unevenly prizes pay out) also factors in. Understanding these points helps you make better decisions when playing.

In a Progressive Jackpot slot, a small portion of every bet goes into a shared Jackpot Pool. The pool keeps growing until a specific combination hits, at which point one player can win a very large prize in a single payout. The jackpot amount cannot be predicted in advance — any player can win at any time, and that is what makes it appealing.

Players with a smaller budget should look for games with a low minimum bet. You can check the minimum bet for each game in the Paytable before entering. Based on volatility, low volatility games pay out smaller amounts more often, while high volatility games pay out less frequently but can pay larger amounts. You can filter and browse games in the mmk567 Slots section.

Some games include a Demo Mode that lets you get familiar with the gameplay without depositing. Winnings from Demo Mode cannot be withdrawn, so you can try games you are interested in without any pressure. To play with real money, log in and deposit 20,000 Ks to start playing — you can also claim the Welcome Bonus at the same time.
