Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposit

On mmk567, you can deposit using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks. Deposits generally arrive in your account almost instantly, but may take longer due to technical issues or delays from the payment service provider.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, please understand that it may take longer due to the payment service provider, bank closing hours, or technical issues.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

The mmk567 welcome bonus is 100% on your first deposit — up to 500,000 Ks. The bonus amount can only be withdrawn after wagering 25 times (25x) the bonus amount.

Calculation example:

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → bonus 20,000 Ks → balance 40,000 Ks → wagering requirement 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks
• Deposit 1,020,000 Ks → bonus 500,000 Ks → balance 1,520,000 Ks → wagering requirement 500,000 Ks × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks

Bonus Wagering

Not all games contribute equally toward the wagering requirement. Contribution may vary by game type — please refer to the bonus details on the platform.

Bonus Frequency

The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per person. Attempting to claim the bonus again by opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If detected, the accounts and bonuses may be cancelled.

VIP Program

The mmk567 VIP program has 3 tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members can receive up to 0.3% cashback per week, Silver up to 0.7%, and Gold up to 1.0%. You can move up through the tiers based on your play volume and activity.

Prohibited Actions

Players are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following:

• Opening more than one account or playing through a friend's account
• Using bots or automated software
• Bonus abuse — using bonuses with the intention of generating income
• Attempting to use the platform for money laundering
• Attempting to find and exploit technical vulnerabilities that could harm the platform in any way
• Playing with funds that do not belong to the player
• Placing bets using an arbitrage strategy

If any prohibited action is found to have occurred, mmk567 will immediately suspend the account and the remaining balance will not be refunded.

Limitation of Liability

mmk567 is not responsible for financial losses arising from game results, issues caused by third-party software or service provider errors, or losses caused by a player's own software or network problems.

The mmk567 platform may suspend its service at any time for technical maintenance without prior notice, and is not liable for any issues arising from such suspensions.

For issues that cannot be resolved through the support desk, you agree to work toward a resolution within the framework of these terms and conditions that you have agreed to with the platform.
